If there’s one request we get more than any other it’s people and businesses wanting to buy our flour for their own gluten free baking and cooking.  We spent a lot of time and did countless test bakes perfecting the flour so it is gratifying to know that people love the products we make with it.

We’re putting up this page to test the water for selling our flour online.  If you are interested, please send us an email from our Contact page leave a comment at the About page or at our facebook page.  Maybe you’re also interested in mixes?  Let us know about that too.

One of the best features of our flour is that it is a 1-to-1 replacement ratio flour.  This is important for bakers (at home and commercially) because it means you don’t have to change your recipes in order to get great results.  We have used the flour in many, many recipes that we don’t sell here at Moondance (my gluten free german chocolate cake is always a huge hit!) and have never had to make recipe changes in order to get great results.

There are limits.  We haven’t made croissants or filo dough that exactly resembled the results you would expect using traditional flour.  However, for an extremely wide range of desserts, quick breads, savory dishes and other products Moondance Gluten Free Flour is the best product I’ve ever tried.  And like you, I’ve tried a lot of them!

The way we will sell the flour is in 2 pound bags for $3.50.  At stores in this part of the country, that is a significant savings over other brands that we looked at in July of this year.

Better quality.  Better pricing.  We hope you’re interested and will let us know!

So glad I didn’t go Black Friday shopping but listened to Doc instead. I have put myself on a Gluten Free diet when I found out I nodules on my thyroid. I have not seen your items where I shop which is in South Bend, Mishawaka Indiana area. I have tried a few Gluten free items, but have been very disappointed. I also would like to know if your items are GMO free and organic. Thank you for answering my email. Lynn

The flour sounds wonderful. I have trouble with most GF flours getting it to hold together. I tried pies for Thanksgiving last year and the rolled out flour feel apart trying to put it into a pie plate. Had to piece it back together. Rolling edges together of 2 crusts of apple pie looked horrible. Hope yours holds together.

I just had one of your iced Valentine cookies and I gotta say it is heavenly! I used to make cutout cookies with that delightful almond flavor, have missed that and you took me back to a very pleasant place in time. I will definitely try more of your products, keep them coming!
