Moonflour – Moondance Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour

Over the years we’ve had countless requests to sell our gluten free flour.  We’ve actually sold it at a couple of trade shows and once at Findlay Market.

One of the best features of our flour is that it is a 1-to-1 replacement ratio flour.  This is important for bakers (at home and commercially) because it means you don’t have to change your recipes in order to get great results.  We have used the flour in many, many recipes that we don’t sell here at Moondance (my gluten free German chocolate cake is always a huge hit!) and have never had to make recipe changes to achieve great results.

There are limits.  We haven’t made croissants or filo dough that exactly resembled the results you would expect using traditional flour.  However, for an extremely wide range of desserts, quick breads, savory dishes and other products Moondance Gluten Free Flour is the best product I’ve ever tried.  And like you, I’ve tried a lot of them!
